If I am also representing you on the purchase of your next home I can list your present home for only 3.99%. This can save you thousands! On a $300,000 home that could put over $6000 extra in your pocket compared to someone charging you 6%.
If you are moving out of the area my normal listing fee is only 4.99% which is still a bargain compared to the competition. My clients always deal directly with me and I always answer my phone unless I am asleep, on the other line, in the shower or in a meeting. You can lose a potential buyer if you don’t respond fast. Buyers can always reach me.
Other real estate agents might try to convince you that your home won’t sell if you list for my reduced fee. I have the track record to prove it. This is my 23rd year in Georgia real estate and I have sold over 700 homes. I have my degree in real estate / marketing from Ohio State. This is not a part time or second career for me, it has always been what I have wanted to do.
Two reasons I can charge you less:
* I don’t have employees and I work from home. Lower overhead.
*Most of my business comes from referrals so I don’t have to do much self promotion. Do you really want to pay higher fees so your agent can see their face on a billboard? That does absolutely nothing to sell your home. I pay to promote my listings, not myself.
